2. About Young India Show Foundation

Young India Show Foundation operates as a registered **Section 8 Company** (public welfare, non-profit organization). Our movement trace back to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, when our founder and community volunteers began distributing warm meals to families, transit laborers, and medical professionals on the streets. Today, we manage food distribution, educational supplies, wellness drives, and medical campaigns.

3. Voluntary Donations & Global Processing

We accept financial donations globally via our secure PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateway (Razorpay) or direct bank transfer.

• Section 80G Tax Deductions: Domestic contributions made to Young India Show Foundation are eligible for Section 80G tax deductions under the Income Tax Act of India. Donors must provide a valid 10-character Permanent Account Number (PAN) during checkout to avail of this benefit.
• Global Donors: We accept contributions internationally. Donors are responsible for complying with their own local tax regulations and declarations regarding foreign donations.

Refund & Cancellation: All donations are voluntary and immediately deployed toward field operations. Financial contributions are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, subject to our Refund Policy for duplicate gateway errors.

4. Code of Conduct & Submissions

When you apply as a volunteer, intern, partner, or job applicant, you declare that all information, resumes, and identification credentials submitted are true and accurate.

• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to submit registration profiles.
• Applicants must verify they have no criminal records or pending lawsuits.
• Misuse of the Young India Show name, logo, or brand representation to solicit unauthorized funds is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal action.
• The Foundation retains absolute discretion to approve, reject, or terminate any volunteering or partnership association at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All interface layouts, codebases, text, graphics, campaign content, and media (photos/videos of drives) published on this website are the exclusive property of Young India Show Foundation. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative branding materials without our explicit prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Websites & APIs

Our platform integrates with, or links to, third-party services (such as Google Drive APIs for uploads, Razorpay for payment checkouts, and maps). We do not control and cannot verify the practices, uptime, or privacy mechanisms of external domains. Please read their respective terms before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability
